We have seen an increase in sales, for example, almost just 6% through Blueknow as for the conversion rate, there was a 21% increase in fact, there was a 21% conversion rate. For the messages we send for abandoned carts, we have essentially used three types of strategies. The first strategy is to recover abandoned carts from users who are registered on the site. So after less than 30 minutes, we send a notification to inform them about the abandoned cart. A second one within 24 hours and a third one within 48 hours. I have to say that the open and conversion rates of the first communication are really remarkable. The second strategy we used for users who are not registered, so they go through their entire process even if they are not registered on the site at the moment of the cart, if they abandon it, they are asked for an email to leave so they can be contacted later. A third strategy is what we are implementing right now Halloween, black Friday and Christmas eve. We are doing some gamification so it's a roulette that gives discounts to all customers who want to participate.

From my point of view, since i work daily with the Blueknow dashboard, I have to say that one of its strengths is definitely the dashboard simple, intuitive and it's really easy to find all the data you need. There is also a reliable customer service that responds promptly. And I have to say that the creativity is impressive considering that we have done some communications that included graphics or content, not just text. They are remarkable and interesting.

We generated 10.000€ from unregistered users in 10 months, about 10.000€ in revenue. Just from these users who theoretically were not registered on the site and so we brought them on board.

We also added a gamification pop-up, right now we're using a roulette, so customers with the push of a button can play the roulette and get six different types of discounts and it's getting great results. We had already done it the previous year and we confirmed it again this year, because it's not only fun for the user, but it really brings results.

Absolutely, yes. And it's practically impossible today in the online world not to have a management system for abandoned carts. And I have to say that Blueknow, both for the results we've achieved in these two years, both for the customer service it offers, is really excellent and I recommend it to everyone.
